You care about the environment ...Of Course You Do! You like the idea of being someone who does more Good, than Harm .. Sure! Actually, many of us are looking to incorporate more ecologically-responsible & sustainable choices into our daily lifestyles, but where to start? What difference do our choices make? and Is it REALLY worth the effort?

Along the way, we may sometimes feel overwhelmed by the many "green" recommendations, by the opinions of friends or family, and, frankly, by the challenge of abandoning conventional lifestyle or cultural habits for more sustainable ones. ECO-LABOR-ATION is a great place to connect with others who are exploring the same questions. Here you can try-out a "green" technique or an " appropriate technology" with the support of others and maybe even participate in a charitable construction. We hope you discover that often there is more than one "right" choice for living an ecologically-responsible life and that many small, cumulative efforts can add-up to big gains for the ecosystems we occupy. ECO-LABOR-ATION is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity dedicated to promoting public awareness of (and participation in) a variety of ecologically-sustainable and -responsible lifestyle choices through its educational materials, forums, hands-on participation events, charitable donations and public exhibitions. We are an organization of exhuberant, multi-disciplined volunteers that devote our energies to practical applications of sustainability which can be adopted at the individual or small-group level. We are currently organizing resources for the launch of an heirloom-seed "lending" library, mobile wind-energy exhibitions, natural-building workshops along with other charitable projects. If you choose to make a contribution to our efforts, your donation is generally tax-deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. We are grateful for your support!
